When creating your account, we collect your basic information, including username, mobile phone number as the unique and fixed primary account identifier, and optional email address, in addition to logging the details and history of your past orders for technical support reference. We are strictly and absolutely committed to not selling, renting, or sharing your personal data with any external marketing or advertising third parties for commercial gain.

The application requires permission to access your precise geographical location (GPS) to determine delivery locations on the map and calculate delivery fares accurately based on distance. The system also automatically collects limited technical information, including IP address, hardware identifier (Device ID), and operating system type. This data is used exclusively to activate the software firewall against fake accounts and fraudulent activities.

The "Al-Nadha" platform functions as a technical intermediary. To successfully complete and deliver your order, we share limited and essential operational data—including your name, mobile phone number, selected location on the map, and order details—solely with the parties directly involved in fulfilling your order: the restaurant management preparing your food, and the independent courier responsible for delivery to enable them to communicate with you when necessary.

The application requests optional permissions to access your device's camera and photo gallery. These permissions are used exclusively to allow customers to upload and update their profile pictures, and to enable restaurant managers via their dedicated app to photograph and add dishes or update menus directly. No other files outside this operational scope are browsed or stored.

All data is stored on secured servers, and we implement strict technical measures to prevent unauthorized access or data corruption. Since the transmission of information over the internet cannot be 100% secure, any transmission of data is at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of verification codes (OTP) or passwords and not sharing them with any third party.

We reserve the full right to disclose your personal, technical, or order history data under circumstances where we are legally compelled by applicable laws and regulations, or in explicit response to official judicial requests authorized by competent government authorities, or to protect the intellectual property, rights, and security of the "Al-Nadha" platform, its partner restaurants, and its couriers.
